Annamal educational trust publishes a career oriented newspaper called "Hoteliers Talk" to explore job opportunities in star hotels in India and Abroad. Hoteliers Talk conducted a Hospitality Job Fair on 16th feb.2011 at Pachaiyappas College in Chennai. 8000 candidates got placements through the Job Fair. Annamal educational trust also runs an institute called IIBT, which is affiliated with WBTO, British Columbia, Canada to give free course for Annamal Students. Annamal Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology is the authorised Hotel Management Study Centre for Annamalai University - SIMS.
